The house has a great layout for a large group. We did a girls weekend and it was nice for everyone to have her own bed. Also, having lots of private bathrooms was a must for us. The yard is very big as well.

Extended family of 18 stayed 5 days and rarely left. Kids had plenty to do with games, swimming pool, hot tub, theater room. Adults has access to above in addition to fully stocked kitchen, spacious rooms, extensive TV. Pool has a heating option. BBQ grill great for outdoor parties.

Six of s stayed at this property for five nights and loved it. The home was very clean, comfortable, and spacious, the pool was lovely and the house was in an excellent location – close to grocery stores and restaurants. HolidayRental was quick to reply with any questions we had and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this house to everyone and hope to stay again soon.

We have rented several different estates in different states across the US, and this is by far the best. There are some very nice properties out there, but what this home has to offer in comfort, usability, location, family gathering places, items for kids, etc. is the best we have stayed at. We will definitely be staying here again whne wer return to Scottsdale.
